My Testimony

"I was not always saved, sanctified and filled with His precious Spirit. I remember many nights when I had spent all of my money smoking crack cocaine. Crying to myself in the dark, hungry because I had not eaten for two and three days straight. I remember calling out to The Lord to help me get off of the drugs and live a respectful live. You see, I put the drug before everything in my life. My family and friends did not respect me. I didn't even respect myself. There were many nights when I had to put on layers of clothes just to go to sleep because the heat had been shut off. I read old newspapers during the day because the electricity had been shut off. Every bit of money I managed to earn or steal went to the drug."

"In 2005, I got tired of being sick and tired. I bought a one-way train ticket to a big city. I found a church home and got on my knees. I prayed and poured out my heart to Jesus Christ to help me. I repented for all of my past sins. I accepted Him into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior. After many days and nights kneeling at the altar, The Lord delivered me from drugs and being homeless. I began to testify to others about my journey. I realized that I was not alone on this Christian walk. In 2005, God turned me around and placed my feet on solid ground. In 2007, Jesus sent me a wife, Shaun Renee. I have two published books which document my story. There is nothing to hard for God. I give all of the glory and honor to God! Prayer changes things."
